- Minimum of 10+ years of experience(atleast 4 years leading teams) in operations, data baseddecisioning and sub-functions such as operations support, catalogand training
- Ability to get hands-on in acomplex operational environment
- Ability tomanage multiple tasks and work to tightdeadlines
- Strong analytical skills andpassionate to work with large sets of data
- Mustbe process oriented and a logical thinker with a good attention todetail
- Ability to effectively troubleshootproblems and work collaboratively within a teamenvironment
- Experience working within thetechnology industry/start-up environment is highly desirable, idealcandidate will know the Partner Operations and/or CustomerExperience business
- Experience working withmultiple Business Intelligence tools, building reports anddashboards
- Educated to BS/MS level (orequivalent) within a subject relevant to the position such asComputer science, Management Information Systems, or Engineering orBusiness Administration
- A mix of consultancyand operations experience ideally in well established e-commerce/tech companies is desirable
