We are looking for a strong and energetic IT Executive with atleast - 4 years of experience in UAE. Detailed Job description mentioned below.

Comprehensive understanding of network architecture and client/server technology
Handson experience with Windows Server/ Desktop OS environments
Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and resolution
Coordinating with IT vendors for support activities & projects
Knowledge of D365 & Azure
Support, monitor, maintain / replace and enhance the existing attendance system to accurately capture attendance and report into the central attendance system including coordination of development of interface from attendance system to HRMS
Support, maintain, monitor, and enhance the existing CCTV system including recording across the organization for safety and security purposes
Support, monitor, maintain and enhance the existing WAN/LAN, connectivity, Firewall, Servers, Operating Systems, Antivirus updates, definitions, and databases
Ensure compliance and adherence across the organization for IT Policies and IT security
Conduct periodic quality checks and encourage feedback from business operations to ascertain successful functioning of business systems

Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills. Good communication skills

Computer Skills:

Windows Server / Desktop OS, Firewall, POS, CCTV, Backup Solution.
Experience in MS Office 36
Experience in MS Server 2016 / 201
Experience in maintenance, support, installation of Active Directory (cloud & oppremise) including Azure
Experience in NAS
Experience in Antivirus setup and configuration
Knowledge of firewall setup and policy definitions
Experience in network topology and setups
Experience in support, maintenance of enduser computing devices

Salary:
AED5, AED6,000.00 per month
