Job summary

We are a fast-growing and dynamic real estate agency based in Dubai, specializing in residential and commercial properties across the UAE. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for handling end-to-end sales processes including actively promoting and selling residential and commercial properties to clients, generating leads, conducting property viewings, and building long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.

Responsibilities

  • Actively promoting and selling residential and commercial properties to clients.
  • Generating leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and company-provided tools.
  • Conducting property viewings and providing clients with detailed property information.
  • Understanding client needs and offering tailored property solutions.
  • Negotiating sales terms and preparing relevant documentation.
  • Staying updated on the Dubai real estate market, including trends, pricing, and legal requirements.
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience (real estate preferred, but other industries will be considered).
  • Freshers with strong sales potential and eagerness to learn may also apply.
