- Organize, direct, and coordinate strategic planning activities.
- Assist in developing mission and vision statements, subsequent goal delineation, provides guidance for building operational plans and specifying measurable outcomes to include capital outlay planning efforts in a consolidated strategic planning process, prioritizing those initiatives.
- Interface with appropriate Government management personnel, other contractor managers, and client agency representatives.
- Review strategic plans, ensures continuity plans grow out of definitions of agencies' business functions and the processes required for achieving outcomes.
- Ensure agencies build on their strategic planning efforts of prior years, revisiting their mission, vision, and goals in light of the strategic plan, and changing opportunities.
- Utilizes refined techniques for identifying, eliminating or mitigating solution, project, and business risk.
- Understand customer, industry and business trends.
- Apply this understanding to meet project objectives.
- HS Diploma (BA/BS Preferred)
- 5 - 12 Years Professional Experience
- Active TS/SCI clearance
