- Manageall Product & Process SPS techniques (Plant Layout, LADM(Line Architect Design methodology), Ergonomics,etc...)
- Ensure the maintainability ofthe production tool by implementing the Total Productive Maintence(TPM) process and associated skills
- Managecontinuous improvement concerning line architectures, capacities,capability ,time referential
- Identify the fullpotentials for medium and long term improvements in all areas usingLean diagnosis approach
- Define the organizationto implement for new project (or increase / decrease volume ofproduction) to optimize DVC & MBCcosts
- Guide the choice of designers byproviding industrial and logistical requirements
- Bachelor's degree in anengineering discipline, business management, supply chainmanagement, or equivalent experience.
- Strongpeople skills and the desire to grow teamwork andengagement.
- Experience in a lean manufacturing/ continuous improvement environment.
- Mustpossess excellent analytical/problem solving abilities and goodcommunication skills both written andoral.
- Previous leadership experience in amanufacturing environment.
