    Description
    • Carry out and Handle month-end,quarter-end, and year-end closingprocedures.
    • Preparation of monthly, quarterly,yearly financials that meet the NOV reporting requirements in termsof quality of accounting, deadlines and documentation ofcontrols.
    • Processes and posts journal entriesfor routine transactions accurately with appropriate supportinginformation and ensure the accounting records correctly reflect theresults of business units' financialposition.
    • Prepares supporting schedules forspecific general ledger accounts. Analyse and reconciles specifiedbalance sheet accounts monthly.
    • Consolidation,inter-company transactions andreconciliations.
    • Assist in the documentationand maintenance of Ledger processes and controls, including theidentification and testing of relevant SOXcontrols.
    • Quarterly balance sheet and P& L Fluctuation Analysis
    • Assist indocumentation and monitoring of internal control(SOX)
    • Provide Operations with all financialinformation and analysis to support management decisions andclearly communicate responses torequests.
    • Maintain monthly, quarterly, annual,and ad-hoc reporting to Corporate Accounting, Corporate Tax, andexternal authorities where required.
    • Assistwith organizing and preparation of information for statutory andtax audits.
    • Assist with internal and externalaudits to ensure efficient reviews of financial data andcontrols.
    • Handle accounting issues andUndertake ad hoc projects asrequired.
    • Identifying opportunity for processautomation.
    • POC revenue calculation based onTracker 2 and work orders.
    • Inventory managementand analysis.
    • Adding value to the any otherassigned tasks related finance and accounting.

    Education &Experience Required

    • Master's degree inaccounting/finance
    • Minimum 5 years'experience in a similar role.
    • Goodunderstanding of accounting principles (IFRS, USGAAP).
    • Basic knowledge of ERPsystems
    • Proficiency in Microsoftapplications.
    • Proficiency in MS excel featuresand dashboards.
    • Thorough knowledge in inventorymanagement.
    • Middle East VAT and TAX knowledgeand awareness
