Experience and Skills Required

• A solid academic background.
• Previous paralegal experience or experience in Real Estate, ideally in a plot sales team (desirable but not essential).
• An ability to work on a hybrid basis, committing to attend the office in accordance with our policies and business requirements.
• IT skills, previous use of an electronic disclosure platform would be preferable.
• Excellent organisation skills and the ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail working in a fast paced and deadline orientated role, including an ability to work well under pressure.
• Good knowledge of conveyancing procedures, including the latest requirements of the Land Registry.
• Excellent communication skills and some prior experience of client contact in previous roles.
