The followingare DESIRED for this position:

• Project Management Institute(PMI-ACP) or SAFe Scrum Master
• Strong technicalproject analyst experience, requirements gathering, documentation,scrum/agile application development life cycle, and leadershipskills.
• Experience leading the user researchand user testing process; writing user stories; managing roadmaps,leading agile scrum methodology, and managing stakeholderrelationships.
• Knowledge of an agile frameworkor method (i.e. Scrum, Kanban), or understanding of softwaredevelopment life cycle models as well as in-depth knowledge oftraditional project management principles andpractice.
• Proficiency in the Google Suite(Gmail, Calendar, Chat, Meet, Docs, Slides, Sheets), MicrosoftOffice (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Slack, andServiceNow.
• Must be willing to work a varietyof shifts, including holidays asscheduled.
• ServiceNow experience, managingprojects using Service Portfolio Management

The following arethe education and experience required for this position:

• years of experience andbachelor's degree
• 6+ years of directexperience on a Scrum Team
• 4+ Years of directexperience as a Scrum Master
• Experience as aremote worker demonstrating time management and self disciplinewith cultural change management and Agilemindset.
