Description

Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Facilitate year-end payroll processes, including the issuance of annual statements and compliance with statutory reporting requirements.
  • Facilitate month end closing for leave salary, air fares, gratuity etc.
  • Efficiently manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely disbursement of employee salaries.
  • Stay abreast of UAE labor laws and regulations to ensure payroll processes align with legal requirements.
  • Maintain precise employee records, including attendance, leaves, and other relevant information to guarantee accurate payroll calculations.
  • Administer payroll deductions and benefits accurately, taking into consideration tax regulations and company policies.
  • Effectively communicate with employees to address payroll-related queries and provide assistance in understanding pay statements.
  • Generate and analyze payroll reports to ensure transparency, identify trends, and contribute to informed decision-making.
  • Effectively handles HR petty cash.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date payroll documentation for audits and internal reviews.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll processes with broader organizational functions.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement in payroll operations and implement enhancements as needed.

Key Requirements:


  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in payroll administration within the UAE. (mandatory)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
  • Must have a valid UAE driving license and personal car, with the flexibility to relocate to Sharjah or Ajman.
  • Must have good knowledge in HR Labor Laws
  • Must have knowledge of creating and analyzing payroll reports and metrics.

Salary:
AED6, AED6,500.00 per month
