This person will maintain the computer and network systems of our organisation.

Your duties will include troubleshooting and diagnosing computer hardware and software issues, setting up computer networks and assisting employees and customers with IT-related problems.

Job Responsibilities:
Serving as the first person point of contact for IT support within the companyInstalling, configuring, and maintaining software and hardware components of computers and network systemsDiagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issuesShould be able to install and support printer and copier problemsRepairing and replacing damaged computer and network components


Job Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field2+ years of experience working in this field.
Cisco Certified Technician (CCT).Proven work experience in IT support or IT technician roles.
Associate degree or advanced apprenticeship in Computer Science or relevant disciplines.
