    Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Managing Director to lead the day-to-day operations, product management, sales, and business development aspects of our Insignia Jets division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aviation operations, product management, sales, and client relationship management. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational excellence, product innovation, and revenue growth of Insignia Jets.

    Responsibilities:

    Day-to-Day Operations:

    • Oversee day-to-day operations of Insignia Jets, ensuring compliance with regulations, safety, and service standards.
    • Implement and optimize processes, policies, and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Collaborate with the Director of Finance, Strategy, and Asset Management (CFO) to align on strategic goals and financial management.

    Product Management:

    • Develop and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with market needs and customer expectations.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and competitive products and services.
    • Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

    Sales and Business Development:

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow market share.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
    • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive growth and expand the company's footprint.

    Client-Facing and Customer Experience:

    • Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction by implementing and maintaining exceptional service standards.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, fostering long-term relationships and resolving any issues that may arise.

    Continuously gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall client experience.

    Financial Management and Strategy:

    • Develop financial targets, budgets, and plans aligning with Insignia's strategic goals.
    • Oversee fiscal responsibilities, including budgeting, cash flow, accounting, insurance, taxation, and reporting.
    • Monitor financial performance and implement corrective measures.
    • Present regular financial reports to the board.

    Operational Oversight and Quality Assurance:

    • Align operations with Insignia Jets and maintain control over policies, procedures, costs, and service levels.
    • Oversee recruitment of frontline crew members.
    • Implement regular reporting and insights for transparency and accountability.

    Strategic Planning and Development:

    • Formulate and adapt strategic priorities and targets in a dynamic environment.
    • Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations.
    • Explore innovative business methods and stay ahead in the industry.

    Safeguarding Insignia's Assets:

    • Oversee asset procurement and maintenance
    • Supervise outsourced service providers.
    • Advocate for Insignia's interests in negotiations and agreements.

    Accountability and Responsibility:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for Insignia Jets, responsible for deliverables and achieving goals.
    • Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations in a dynamic environment.

    Professional Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Aviation, or a related field.
    • 10 years of experience in aviation management and operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
    • Strong knowledge of aviation trends, regulations, and aircraft management.
    • Proven track record of success in sales, business development, and client relationship management.
    • Excellent strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and partners.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business conditions.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
