Description
Secretary to the Director- Provides highlevel secretarial support and assistance to the Director
- Performs clerical and admin tasks including drafting letters, memos and other documents
- Schedules and arranges meetings, taking notes, and preparing minutes of meetings
- Managing the Director's calendars, appointments, followup for pending tasks, etc.
- Making travel arrangements including flights, hotel and transportation, etc.
- Preparing all documents, and drafting correspondences and followup as required by the Director.
- Keep track of filing systems for all admin tasks
- Perform all other secretarial and admin duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a highpaced environment
- Proficient with Office Applications
Salary:
AED2, AED2,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- secretary: 3 years (preferred)
