Description
Secretary to the Director

  • Provides highlevel secretarial support and assistance to the Director
  • Performs clerical and admin tasks including drafting letters, memos and other documents
  • Schedules and arranges meetings, taking notes, and preparing minutes of meetings
  • Managing the Director's calendars, appointments, followup for pending tasks, etc.
  • Making travel arrangements including flights, hotel and transportation, etc.
  • Preparing all documents, and drafting correspondences and followup as required by the Director.
  • Keep track of filing systems for all admin tasks
  • Perform all other secretarial and admin duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to function well in a highpaced environment
  • Proficient with Office Applications

Salary:
AED2, AED2,500.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- secretary: 3 years (preferred)
