Description

Responsibilities:

Manage all financial activities for our UAE operations, ensuring compliance with UAE tax laws and regulations.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to maintain the integrity of financial data.
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management.
Conduct regular internal audits to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
Work closely with other departments to ensure the accuracy of financial data and provide financial analysis and advice to support decisionmaking.
Prepare annual budgets and forecasts for the organization.
Manage and mentor the finance team to ensure highquality work output and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field
Professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or CMA
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
Expertise in UAE Tax Compliance, Internal Auditing, and Financial Reporting
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide solutions to complex financial issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize workload to meet tight deadlines
