Description

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Office Boy to join our team at AKC Group. As an Office Boy, you will be primarily responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization within the office premises. Additionally, you will assist our Sales Coordinator with basic administrative tasks such as printing documents and organizing files.


Responsibilities:

• Perform regular cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a tidy and presentable office environment.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, ensuring that all areas are clean and free of debris.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies, and monitor their cleanliness throughout the day.
• Empty trash cans and dispose of waste materials appropriately.
• Assist in setting up meeting rooms and preparing them for presentations and client meetings.
• Monitor and replenish office supplies, such as stationery, toiletries, and kitchen items.
• Assist the Sales Coordinator in printing, scanning, and copying documents as needed.
• Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring easy access and retrieval of information.
• Run errands as required, such as purchasing office supplies or delivering documents.
• Perform any other general administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience as an office boy or in a similar role is preferred.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and orderliness.
• Basic knowledge of office equipment, such as printers and scanners.
• Can speak & understand proper English
• Presentable
• Must have at least 1 year experience as an Office Boy
• Polite & Flexible

Salary:
AED1,200.00 per month
