Your Role:

As the Team Leader for our sales force, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our sales strategies and the overall success of our team


Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead, motivate sales team; set and strategize sales targets.
• Coach, train team members; enhance skills, ensure regulation compliance.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, professional development.
• Conduct performance reviews; offer feedback, improvement plans.
• Manage, allocate leads; maximize conversion opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing; develop effective strategies.
• Monitor market trends, adjust strategies accordingly.
• Ensure legal, regulatory compliance; uphold RERA, Land Department standards.
• Foster team innovation, excellence in a supportive environment.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Dubai's real estate market, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• A proven track record of leading a team to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, with a broad network of contacts.
• Strong leadership, motivational, and people management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other real estate tools.
• Familiarity with RERA regulations and Dubai Land Department procedures.
• A UAE driving license.
• Proficiency in English is a must; additional languages are an advantage.
