Job summary
The Unified Communications Engineer is responsible for designing implementing managing and supporting the organization's unified communications platforms including voice video conferencing messaging collaboration systems telephony infrastructure and related network components.Responsibilities
- Create maintain UC solutions such as Cisco CUCM Avaya Unified Communication Microsoft Teams Phone System Zoom Unified Platform SBCs AudioCodes Ribbon Sonus etc.
- Provide Level 1/2 support for UC incidents service requests monitor system performance resolve issues perform root-cause analysis implement preventive measures.
