• AMEAThe Sales Representative Africa is responsible for driving commercial growth of ROCKWOOL Technical Insulation solutions across the African region within the Marine and Industrial segments.

The role focuses on project sales key account development and channel management working closely with owners EPCs shipyards contractors and local partners to position ProRox and SeaRox solutions in major projects and ongoing exceptional or business critical situations the Sales Representative Africa may provide temporary commercial support to selected Middle East markets ensuring continuity of customer engagement and project coverage across the wider AMEA region.


Priority Markets:

This role covers the full African continent with responsibility to develop business across existing and new markets without geographic limitation.

Rather than being restricted to predefined countries the Sales Representative is expected to take an opportunity-driven approach actively identifying qualifying and developing projects wherever commercial potential exists.

The role requires proactive market penetration early engagement on strategic projects and continuous expansion of the regional pipeline.
This is the roleDrive execution of regional sales strategy for Marine & Industry segments in Africa.
Identify qualify and develop new business opportunities and major projects.

Drive early-stage engagement at FEED / design phase to influence strong relationships with: Owners & operators EPC contractors Shipyards Insulation contractors Dealers and distributionWeekly forecast of sales figures with close co-ordination of supply chain depends on the sourcing.

Prepare and present sales / volume forecasts reports and budgets.
Provide technical support and guidance to clients addressing their specific needs and requirements.


Project Management:
Lead commercial discussions for large project opportunities with multiplestakeholders in the value chain. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient delivery of products and services tocustomers.

Prepare and negotiate commercial offers pricing and discount structures within Customer Service departmentEnsure smooth execution from quotation to order intake.

Channel & Partner Management:
Develop and manage distributors and agents across AfricaSupport and guide partners in: Pricing strategy Supply chain management Product positioning Market developmentDrive sustainable long-term business

Market Intelligence:

Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to inform business strategies and product development growth opportunities in: LNG Power Oil & gas Marine and shipbuilding Solar and other renewable sectorsThis is who you are:Engineering or business-related degree is a plusMinimum 5 years experience in: Project sales Industrial / marine sectors Technical B2B environmentProven experience working in export / multi-country environments and managing large projects and complex stakeholdersStrong commercial and negotiation skills Ability to work independently in remote markets Project-driven sales mindset Strong stakeholder managementStructured analytical and organized working styleFluent English required French strongly preferred Arabic is an advantageHigh ownership & accountability Results-driven mindset resilience and persistence Cultural awareness and adaptability Strong communication & presentation skills and commercial and negotiation skills ability to build trust-based long-term relationshipsWillingness to travel up to 50%Interested Please send us your CV in English using the link above.
