Salary - 40/45k AED pm

Role
Partner directly with the CEO to
define, ship, and scale
products for stablecoin issuance, liquidity management, and seamless conversion between digital and fiat assets—working cross-functionally with compliance, treasury, and engineering.
What You'll Own
• End-to-end product strategy for stablecoin & on/off-ramp solutions
• Core features for institutional, remittance, and retail access
• Integrations with banks, exchanges, IMTOs, and PSPs
• Regulatory-grade design & settlement flows with compliance/treasury
• Experimentation & continuous improvement via data-led insights
• Hiring, mentoring, and scaling a world-class product team
Must-Haves
• 6–10 years in product (fintech/payments/digital assets)
• Hands-on with stablecoins, on/off ramps, or cross-border money movement
• Deep understanding of liquidity, compliance, and settlement flows
• Strong grasp of regulatory/risk in fiat-crypto ecosystems
• Proven delivery in fast-paced, founder-led environments
Nice to Have
• VASP/regulated exposure (VARA, FSRA, FCA, MAS, etc.)
• Custody, wallets, tokenized assets experience
• Partnerships with IMTOs, exchanges, or neobanks
• Shipped/scaled fintech or crypto products in MENA or emerging markets
• DeFi/Web3 infra or bank-grade fintech background
