Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develops and fosters relationships with stakeholders and liaises with all relevant agencies/authorities and client team to obtain necessary approvals and NOCs.
  • Maintains uptodate knowledge of all regulatory requirements.
  • Develops, monitors and updates the Stakeholder Management Plan.
  • Establishes NOC tracker to track NOC status and ensures timely intervention to ensure approvals in time.
  • Monitors progress of drawings and documentation for NOCs.
  • Liaison with authorities for all technical queries and issues.
  • Monitors project schedules regularly to determine any delays or deviations related to NOC progress.
  • Participates in project design meetings and recommends improvements (if required).
  • Coordinates and collects information from relevant agencies, third party consultants and contractors for all technical queries ad issues to prepare weekly and monthly reports.
  • Maintains and updates the stakeholders' mapping/registers/plans as stakeholders' roles and requirements change throughout the programme duration.
  • Travels to government and authorities offices on daily basis.
