Description
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the office manager with her daytoday activities.
- Organizing files hard copies & soft copies.
- Assisting in operations of the company.
- Assisting in the preparation of invoices and following up with clients for payments.
- Focuses more on data migration on the current software that the company is adapting.
Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications
- Good organizational and administrative skills
- Must be extremely detailoriented with the ability to focus on repetitive tasks.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel etc.
- Enthusiastic, motivated, and determined.
Work timings:
Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6:30 PM
