Description

Responsibilities:


  • Assisting the office manager with her daytoday activities.
  • Organizing files hard copies & soft copies.
  • Assisting in operations of the company.
  • Assisting in the preparation of invoices and following up with clients for payments.
  • Focuses more on data migration on the current software that the company is adapting.

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications

  • Good organizational and administrative skills
  • Must be extremely detailoriented with the ability to focus on repetitive tasks.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel etc.
  • Enthusiastic, motivated, and determined.

Work timings:
Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6:30 PM

Start date :
As soon as possible


Job Types:
Full-time, New-Grad


Salary:
AED2,500.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:


  • Admin: 2 years (preferred)
