Job Description:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and understand job requirements
Conduct reference and background checks as necessary

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field
2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technology tools
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
