Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business

Minimum 3 years' of sales experience in real estate on property sales.

Target-driven with a proven track record of success in a similar role

for Dubai and Abu Dhabi office

Responsibilities:

The role includes prospecting potential clients, analyzing market trends, intermediate negotiation processes ensuring a fair and honest deal

Planning monthly sales targets and executing them within a given time frame. Handling sales activities with the intention of closing predefined sales targets.

Developing new business opportunities in various geographies with research, and prospecting to get leads to achieving sales targets.

Presenting projects on Reportage Properties to potential clients. Handling clients' objections, concerns, and queries effortlessly.

Building a strong network of real estate brokers within the region and at an international level. Maintaining an extensive database of Brokers/Channel Partners/Individual Clients. Updating customer data and sales records diligently on Salesforce.

Coordinate with allied teams for necessary paperwork and ensure that initial payments are made by clients in the given time frame.

Knowledge of local demographic and economic trends to guide customers with integrity and build trust. Adhere to and ensure compliance with the company guidelines and policies.
