- Under supervision, works to complete defined tasks in accordance with standard procedures.
- Supports general business operations by providing administrative support activities to the PPP Services Capability Leads and their teams
- Manage shared areas for the PPP Services
- Prepare presentations
- Organise meetings, workshops and briefs as required;
- Manage the Off-site Location Database
- Manage conference room bookings within Banna Court
- Manage the co-ordination of IT equipment for new starters onto PPP Services
- Interface with new entrants joining PPP Services and carry out Building inductions
- Manage the Off-site Location Database
- Provide support to the project PSR's
- Create Dash tickets and complete Business Courtesies for all KBR related costs
- Previous administration experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage varying stakeholders
- Collaborative working style,
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexibility to travel to other PPP locations as and when necessary
- Experience of working at Sellafield (would be of benefit but not essential)
