    Main Responsibilities

    • Under supervision, works to complete defined tasks in accordance with standard procedures.
    • Supports general business operations by providing administrative support activities to the PPP Services Capability Leads and their teams
    • Manage shared areas for the PPP Services
    • Prepare presentations
    • Organise meetings, workshops and briefs as required;
    • Manage the Off-site Location Database
    • Manage conference room bookings within Banna Court
    • Manage the co-ordination of IT equipment for new starters onto PPP Services
    • Interface with new entrants joining PPP Services and carry out Building inductions
    • Manage the Off-site Location Database
    • Provide support to the project PSR's
    • Create Dash tickets and complete Business Courtesies for all KBR related costs

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Previous administration experience
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to manage varying stakeholders
    • Collaborative working style,
    • High attention to detail and accuracy
    • Flexibility to travel to other PPP locations as and when necessary
    • Experience of working at Sellafield (would be of benefit but not essential)
