- Bachelor's and / orMaster's degree in Commerical Law or similarfield
- At least 2 years of professionalexperience in a similar position in a law firm orinhouse
- Knowledge in Trademark Law and otherIP-related Laws
- Awareness of and interest incurrent landscape of IP Laws and Case Law
- Verygood communication and presentation skills, as well as goodMS-Office skills
- Fluent in English (both orallyand in writing). German, French, Spanish is considered aplus
- Strong analytical skills and goodunderstanding of esp. the European current legallandscape
