Responsibilities:


  • Conduct an initial assessment to understand the specific issues with my left knee IT band and right hip.
  • Develop a tailored rehabilitation program that addresses my needs, focusing on pain relief, strengthening, flexibility, and mobility improvement.
  • Implement handson therapy techniques and prescribe specific exercises that I can perform in the gym and at home.
  • Monitor progress and adjust the program as needed to ensure optimal recovery and performance.
  • Provide guidance on lifestyle or activity modifications to prevent future injuries and maintain health.

Requirements:


  • Professional qualification in Physiotherapy, with a valid license to practice in the UAE.
  • Specialization in knee and hip rehabilitation, with a deep understanding of IT bandrelated issues.
  • Proven track record of working with clients on a oneonone basis, preferably in a gym setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and support clients through their rehabilitation journey.
  • Flexible scheduling availability to accommodate training sessions in Sharjah.

Job Types:
Part-time, Temporary

Contract length: 3 months


Salary:
AED AED200.00 per day

Expected hours: 4 per week
