    Job Title: Front Office Agent

    An exceptional Guest experience starts with a warm welcome at the Front Desk. As a Front Office Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our Guests, setting the tone for their stay.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide timely and efficient resolutions to Guest queries, ensuring a positive outcome.
    • Ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience for Guests, including completing audit procedures as required.
    • Keep the Front Office Manager and Reception Supervisors informed of any relevant feedback from Guests and other departments.
    • Exemplify a high level of customer service at all times.
    • Attend training courses as needed and assist with Night Team training and development efforts.
    • Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of hotel room categories, rates, packages, promotions, and product knowledge essential for daily duties.
    • Maximize room occupancy and utilize up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities.
    • Adhere to correct procedures regarding foreign currencies, credit cards, and cash according to hotel credit policy.
    • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation.
    • Act in accordance with policies and procedures when using front-of-house equipment and property management systems.
    • Follow company brand standards.
    • Assist other departments as necessary.

    What We're Looking For:

    • A previous customer-focused industry background.
    • A high school certificate or equivalent completed.
    • A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
    • A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
    • Excellent grooming standards.
    • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Competent IT proficiency.
    • The ability to speak Russian.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in cash handling.
