Description

The Office Assistant plays a crucial role in delivering workplace services and providing administrative support to enhance the well-being of individuals, improve personal productivity, and maximize organizational effectiveness.


Responsibilities:


  • Warmly greet customers, new hires, and visitors in person and over the phone, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable.
  • Coordinate logistics for employees visiting from other Verition offices, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
  • Arrange catering for conferences and meetings, manage reservations for conference rooms, and handle the setup and cleanup of catering arrangements.
  • Schedule meetings and assist with the setup of video conferencing technology within the office.
  • Coordinate with vendors for necessary maintenance and repairs.
  • Keep track of office supplies inventory and place orders as required to maintain adequate stock levels.
  • Monitor and restock pantry and kitchen supplies consistently to ensure availability of necessary items.
  • Assist the HR team in planning and executing office events such as happy hours, holiday parties, and wellness initiatives.
  • Support the HR team in the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Assist the building management with fire safety protocols and emergency response procedures.

Salary:
AED6, AED7,500.00 per month


Experience:


  • Office work: 1 year (preferred)
