This organization operates in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, and Qatar, five GCC nations.
We are looking for a Communications Manager to join their team in Dubai:

Communications Manager will plan, develop and implement internal and external communication strategies that involve the organization to ensure that unified, consistent, and positive messages define and promote the corporate identity and mission.

He/she will work closely with Corporate PR agency, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Planning and Content Creation
Develop and implement policies and procedures for communicating on behalf of the organization that represents the corporate identity, and promotes and supports the organizations mission
Create engaging content that is relevant and adapted to the audience while managing communication channels/tools used across the Group
Identify and capitalize on opportunities to promote and positively represent the organization through internal and external communication
Build, manage and implement a comprehensive yearly calendar of activities for the Group
Coordinate and execute external and internal communications (e.g. newsletters, web updates, etc.)
Draft and present proposals on special communications projects to management
Seek creative strategies to increase internal and external awareness of key events and changes in the organization including, special events (townhall, managerial seminars etc.) local and global CSR activities, and other topics of interest
Ability to create, implement, and manage a budget
Identifies, develops and implements innovative communication initiatives
Measure effectiveness of communications by tracking benchmarks and reporting on results
Perform other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring an efficient and effective communication


Media and PR Activities:

Communicate with Corporate PR agency regularly and oversee the workflow and work assignments of the agency to ensure effective and consistent quality of work
Manage the implementation and execution of the Corporate PR calendar
Brief Corporate PR agency on campaigns to ensure it is in line with the Groups positioning
Coordinate with Corporate PR agency on the social media calendar and review or rewrite content/captions when necessary
Ensure Corporate PR agency is managing media inquiries, arranging interviews, developing statements, and other relevant content when required


Stakeholder Relationships:

Build long-term relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Liaise with different internal communication contributors (businesses, brands, countries, etc.) in order to communicate relevant news to the Group.
Work with external partners (suppliers, agencies, etc.) to manage events and content creation online and offline
Manage the relationship with our Corporate PR agency


Reports:

Provide all relevant communication reports (e.g. website, newsletters, social media, offline and online publications, etc.) on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis
Prepare post-implementation report for each internal corporate activity/event SUPERVISION REQUIRED/GIVEN:
Receives general supervision from the board POSITION QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills
Highly energetic personality, loves to build relationships and work with numerous stakeholders
Adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment
Ability to think creatively
Excellent presentation skills with advanced knowledge in PowerPoint
Arabic speaking is a must


Education and Experience Training & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Communications or PR or a similar field is required
Have at least 3-4 years of experience in managing communications, content development, marketing or event management would be preferable
Experience managing multiple campaigns and stakeholders
Experience in executing online and offline communication initiatives
