56 years of experience in a similar role preferably overseeing highrise residential/commercial towers and 5star hotel projects exceeding USD 100 million in budget.
Proven leadership and team management skills must be able to independently control a large team of technical staff and workforce
Excellent communication Skills.
Familiarity with relevant local building codes and regulations.
Requirements
B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
12 18 years of experience preferably in highrise residential/commercial towers and 5star hotel projects
Gulf experience is a must
Good interpersonal skills
