Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather and analyze maintenance management requirements. Design and configure the SAP CMMS module to meet the clients maintenance management needs. Customize and enhance the SAP CMMS system through ABAP programming or other relevant tools, if necessary. Develop and execute test plans and scripts to validate the configured SAP CMMS module. Prepare user manuals, training materials, and conduct training sessions for end-users and key stakeholders. Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize the SAP CMMS system. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including maintenance technicians, operations personnel, and IT professionals. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices related to maintenance management and SAP CMMS solutions.


Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Solid experience in implementing and configuring SAP CMMS modules, preferably with a focus on maintenance management.

Strong knowledge of SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) module and related components such as Equipment Management, Maintenance Notifications, Work Orders, Preventive Maintenance, and Spare Parts Management.

Proficiency in SAP ABAP programming and customization of SAP PM module. Experience with system integration, data migration, and interface development. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex maintenance processes and translate them into system configurations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of industry best practices and standards related to maintenance management. SAP certification in the relevant modules is a plus. Oil & Gas or Supply chain exposure is necessary
