ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Execute, promote and sell the Golden visa program of Portugal through the sale of real estate.
To set business development strategies to develop relationships with highnetworth individuals.

Key Accountabilities/Activities:

To generate and execute the sale of real estate in Portugal, under Portugal's Golden Visa Program of the company.
To build, maintain, and retain key relationships with direct Clients and Agents, identify new direct Clients and Agents, negotiate and close business deals.
Effectively track the ongoing lead generation processes and ensure consistent improvement in client conversions.
Support and work in the projected sales target of self.
Do regular reviews of strategy & business processes in order to ensure smooth corporation with the channel partner and enhance sales.
Effectively track client followups and implement the same.
Maintain consistent engagement for lasting customer relationships pertaining to new and existing customer base and update about the development of our projects through a periodic newsletter as and when issued by the marketing team.
Keep apprised of the latest immigration rules and the new product offering of the organization.
To call/communicate with leads generating out of our inbound and outbound digital sales exercises through various platforms.
Travels to any city within India for meeting up with the Bank RMs and Financial Industry Professionals for closure of sales.

EXPECTED COMPETENCIES:

Good communication skills.
High level of product knowledge in relevant and workexperienced fields.
Ability to coordinate in a seamless way, internally as well as externally for business closures.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXEPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Graduation in any disciple, Post Graduate with any specialization in Sales or Marketing from a reputed institute will be added advantage.
Immediate to 30 days
Previous industry experience in Immigration services is an added advantage.
Must have an relevant experience atleast minimum of 3 years.

Salary:
AED7, AED10,000.00 per month
