    POSITION OVERVIEW

    As a Project Manager specializing in Car Park Management Systems at IDEX Services Co, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the successful execution of our projects. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in low current systems and a proven track record in project management.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables for car park management system projects.
  • Execution Oversight: Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring the successful implementation of car park management solutions within established timelines and budget constraints.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand project requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Technical Guidance: Leverage your extensive experience in low current systems to provide technical guidance to project teams and troubleshoot technical challenges.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive measures are in place to address potential issues.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes to guarantee the delivery of high-quality car park management solutions.
  • Documentation: Oversee the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including reports, status updates, and technical documentation.
  • Team Leadership: Motivate and lead project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

    • QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, etc.).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management related to construction, low current or parking systems.
  • Experience in successfully managing projects related to car park management systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of low current technologies, including security, access control, and communication systems.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD ,MS-Office software, MS-Projects & Primavera P6
  • PMP certification is a plus.
