Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Specialist. The Real Estate Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to existing clients, developing new business opportunities, performing real estate development tasks, negotiating sales and leases, and managing real property.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the real estate industry
• Experience in providing exceptional customer service
• Adeptness in real estate development tasks including analyzing market trends, identifying suitable properties, and determining optimal pricing strategies
• Experience in sales and negotiation
• Experience in managing real property
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• UAE Driving License is beneficial
