Assist in the development and maintenance of the Preventive Maintenance Plan for rides and attractions to extend the natural life of Company assets and keep unplanned downtime to a minimum.
Develop and implement long range rehabilitation program (5–10-year master plan).Develop and manage Maintenance annual operating budget in line with Company overarching strategy, including Labour, Supplies, Spare Parts, and Capital Expense.
Provide support to new projects and expansion, efficiently leveraging synergies across the organization while ensuring adequate level of staffing.Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in the related field7+ years in Maintenance Department, including at least 3 years in management position5+ years working in Theme Park / Roller CoasterStrong technical skills (rides, especially roller coasters)
