Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Create and implement business development strategies
  • Supervise the daytoday facility operations as per the contractual terms with the clients.
  • Establish the preventive maintenance plan in line with the contractual requirement.
  • Supervise the team for Installation & troubleshooting of HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing systems.
  • Overseeing both hard and soft Facilities services.
  • Respond to the Emergency call outs at any time.
  • Manage budgets and ensure costeffectiveness
  • Generate daily, weekly & monthly reports on facilities operations.
  • Supervise team members in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:


  • Minimum 5 years of Facilities management experience in UAE.
  • Experience in handling facilities management of residential portfolios
  • High rise & villas
  • Good knowledge of HVAC, Chiller, MEP etc

Salary:
AED5,000.00 per month
