The aim of the job:


Carrying out customer reception services and implementing them, responding to their inquiries and guiding them, and maintaining the confidentiality of information.


Main responsibilities:


  • Receiving, welcoming and directing visitors or clients.
  • Keep copies of documents and records.
  • Ensuring that visitors are registered when they arrive at the reception area and that their data is saved on the computer.
  • Meeting the needs of customers during their visit to the workplace.
  • Ensure that the reception desk is always tidy and clean

Scope of responsibility and supervision:

The responsibility of the receptionist is limited to the implementation and performance of the tasks assigned to him


Skills:


The receptionist must have the following characteristics:

  • Discipline in appointments.
  • Phone answering skills.
- communication skills.

  • Tact in dealing.
  • Computer skills.
  • Good looking.
  • Customer service skill.
  • Organization skill.
  • Maintain confidentiality of information.

Qualifications:

Diploma in management or equivalent in a similar field or high school


Experience:

Must have sufficient experience in providing excellent customer service.


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- receptionist: 3 years (preferred)
