    The ideal candidate will be mature, preferably 35 years and above and have had worked in a similar role in the UAE.

    She will have an excellent command of English, both written and verbal.

    Key responsibilities of the role are as follows:

    • Provides candidates by screening, interviewing, and testing applicants; notifying existing staff of internal opportunities; maintaining personnel records; obtaining temporary staff from agencies.
    • Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
    • Liaise with PRO for all visa processes including visas for new recruits, labour card, visa renewals and cancellations
    • Orients new employees by providing orientation information packets; reviewing company policies; drafting & preparing offer letters and Terms & Conditions of Employment.
    • Manages probation review processes
    • Acts as the Point of contact for employees' issues and inquiries, including but not limited to company policies & benefits.
    • Issuing Health Insurance and Parking cards for all the staff.
    • Administrative and Payroll implementation of salary changes and commission payments.
    • Manages Managing Director's schedule & diary; minutes of meetings; analysis of sales reports and evaluate performance, summarize and collate key indicators, for evaluation by MD.
