    Job Description

    This position plays a crucial role in laying the foundation for a skilled and motivated workforce, contributing to the hotel's successful opening and long-term prosperity.

    The overall scope of work is to plan, coordinate, and execute trainings for the hotel Heartists and equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service while emphasizing their role in achieving success .

    Coordinating with the hotel management closely while collaborating with the corporate office to ensure outstanding deliverables and performance development.
    Qualifications
    Assessing comprehensively training needs for preopening and post-opening stages.
    Developing and maintaining SOPs in collaboration with department heads, aligning with hotel policies.
    Implementing a system to assess training effectiveness, refining modules based on feedback and industry trends.

    Designing programs- and delivering trainings covering essential skills, job-specific knowledge, and the hotel's service culture for operational and administrative departments.

    Identifying opportunities for enhancing employee skillsets and workforce flexibility along with organizing workshops for a positive and collaborative work environment.
