Roberto's Catering a currently seeking a flexible and energetic Steward to join our dynamic team.


Responsibilities:


  • Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
  • Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management of low stock, assisting with replenishment orders when necessary.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations and timely dishwashing support during peak hours.
  • Adhere to established cleaning schedules and procedures, completing tasks efficiently and maintaining attention to detail.
  • Display proficiency in handling various cleaning equipment and chemicals, prioritizing safety and proper usage.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude and willingness to assist in other tasks as needed to support the overall team.
  • Adapt to varying event sizes and styles, efficiently adjusting production to meet the demands of each occasion.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in stewarding from hotels or restaurants is essential.
  • Familiarity with necessary cleaning and sanitization practices in a hospitality setting.
  • Excellent command of the English language is a MUST to communicate effectively with the team and guests.
  • Suitable physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy items as required.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work odd hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate event schedules.

Salary:
AED2, AED3,000.00 per month
