Responsibilities1.Develop and manage marketing programs in specific channels, integrating machine learning and AI technologies to enhance effectiveness.2. Support business objectives by leveraging machine learning insights to influence product strategy and contribute to go-to-market plans.3. Foster customer acquisition and retention through data-driven marketing campaigns and strategies.4.Develop market strategies for new products, leveraging AI and ML insights to identify potential new markets and estimate product demand.5.Develop a strong customer acquisition and churn management strategy, utilizing AI and ML insights to optimize customer retention and revenue.6. Build strategic partnerships with key industry players and establish relationships with media contacts, leveraging AI and ML techniques for partner identification and engagement.7. Complete branding, communication, advertising, and digital marketing department operational requirements8.Responsible in driving impact across the entire product lifecycle - leveraging merchant insights to influence product strategy, contribute to go-to-market plans, and growing product adoption post-launch. The incumbent will define and prioritize work that contributes to growth goals across customer acquisition and satisfaction, payments volume and margins and ensure increase of ARPU.

QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience
10+ years' experience in marketing roles with UAE experience IS A MUST - A DEAL BREAKER
Ability to multi-task
Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools with demonstrable experience in SEO/SEM, CRM software.
