    Ein Tag im Leben

    Du arbeitest in einer unserer Schichten (Früh-, Spät- oder Nachtschicht). Dabei hat die Einhaltung der Sicherheitsstandards an deinem Standort höchste Priorität. Als Schichtleitung führst du Teammeetings durch und gibst Feedback an deine Mitarbeitenden und Stakeholder. Mithilfe von Datenauswertungen beeinfluszt du die Produktivität und Qualität deines Standorts. Als Mitglied des Teams vor Ort arbeitest du mit anderen Abteilungen und externen Partnern zusammen, um die Anforderungen unserer Kundschaft und unsere eigenen Vorgaben zu erfüllen. Durch Datenanalyse und Besprechungen mit Führungskräften trägst du zu optimalen Lösungen bei.

    Über das Team

    Die Logistikabteilung bei Amazon (AMZL) ist für die "Last-Mile-Logistik" verantwortlich – die Auslieferung unserer Pakete in Zusammenarbeit mit Drittanbietern. Wir entwickeln kreative Initiativen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung, um Millionen von Produkten an unsere Kunden zu liefern. Unser Ziel ist es, das Liefererlebnis so reibungslos wie möglich zu gestalten und globale Lieferlösungen für neue Angebote wie Amazon Fresh, Prime Now und Amazon Restaurants einzuführen.

    Unsere Tätigkeiten werden von zwei Gruppen ausgeführt: den internen Mitarbeitenden, die Produkte für den Versand vorbereiten, und den Außendienstmitarbeitenden, die mit Amazon Flex Pakete ausliefern. Wir setzen jährlich neue Maßstäbe im Kundenerlebnis und reduzieren unseren CO2-Fußabdruck durch innovative Fahrzeuge und Technologien.

    Anforderungen

    • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Bachelor oder Master) vor Arbeitsbeginn
    • Fortgeschrittene Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
    • Relevante Erfahrung in Datenanalysen
    • Interesse an Führungsaufgaben und Teamleitung mit Mitarbeitenden aus aller Welt
    • Erfahrung in der Kommunikation mit Stakeholdern, inklusive Kolleg:innen und Führungskräften
    • Erfahrung in der Logistikbranche
    • Kenntnisse in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) im beruflichen Kontext
