Real Estate Marketing Manager


Location:
Abu Dhabi


Salary: 8000aed to 9000aed w/ LEADS TARGET


Desirable qualifications, experience and skills:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Previous Marketing experience in Real Estate is a MUST at least 2years
  • Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to think creatively and out of the box
  • Budgetmanagement skills and proficiency
  • Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
  • Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in the Real Estate Market
  • Excellent Knowledge in social media
  • Knowledge in editing and Photography
  • Multitasking and time management skills with ability to prioritize

Marketing Manager Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Oversee all marketing campaigns
  • Implement strategy
  • Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads
  • Analyze market trends & preparing forecasts
  • Developing new social media strategies and campaigns.
  • Managing and promoting social media post and advertisements

Salary:
From AED9,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

Marketing Real Estate: 2 years (required)

Expected Start Date: 31/05/2023
