CHEMICALS / CATALYST HANDLERS
No of requirements : 05

Salary : 2000 AED + Food + Accommodation and Transportion

PURPOSE:

To ensure chemicals/catalyst handling in proper and safely manner Summary of major duties & responsibilities
Assist in shifting catalyst & chemicals.
Loading, unloading of refinery chemicals and catalyst.
Placing drums on rack and connect to injection system wherever chemicals are injected directly from the drums.
Operating pneumatic pumps for chemical transfer.
Dilution and mixing of chemicals for the desired composition.
Removing empty chemical & catalyst drums/ cans/ bags/ wooden pallets and loading of the truck.
MTBE Tanker hose connection and earthing connection and disconnection for transferring MTBE from tanker to MTBE storage tank.
Transfer of RFCC (Residue Fluidized Catalytic Cracker) fresh catalyst from container/ Bags to the hopper area. Connection/ disconnection for vacuum pulling and catalyst transfer from truck and unloading of fresh catalyst.
Ability to read and understand Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).
Fully aware of safety rules.
Fully aware of risks and hazards associated with chemicals and catalyst handling.

Possesses following training certificates

a) Chemical/ Catalyst Handling

b) H2S Awareness - Read, write, and speak English fluently

EDUCATION - Senior Secondary School (Class XII) or Secondary School (Class X) along with Industrial Training Certificate. OR Diploma in Petro Chemical Engineering

Copy of the educational certificate to be attached in the CV as supporting document.

EXPERIENCE - Three (03) years working experience in Chemicals/ Catalyst handling at Refinery/ Petrochemical plant.

Age Limit - Not over age of forty (40) years
