Description

We are looking for someone who is dynamic, creative, and result-oriented to cover multiple graphic designing needs across our extensive product portfolio.

• Creation of marketing assets across all company brands: brochures, flyers, infographics, icons, animations, video editing, internal communications, and general traditional and digital marketing assets.
• Adaptation of material according to achieving localization while keeping the design in line with brand guidelines.
• Support the Digital Marketing specialist with the creation of posts, animations, gift and by bringing exciting ideas to enrich social media posts.
• Coordinates, in alignment with the Marketing Manager, a jobschedule to predetermine job times and prioritization.
• Prepares final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art.
• Collaborates with marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts for product packaging and branding.
• Manages brand design approvals from submission, amends, and final approvals.
• Coordinates with outside agencies (art services, printers, etc.) project completions from conception to delivery within deadlines.
• Understand each of the brand identities and follows brand guidelines.
• Maintain Internal Asset Library and tracking system discipline.
• Maintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops, international videoconferences related to new marketing assets (e.g., new product launch, new brand images).

• Proven graphic designing experience. Min 2 years of experience.
• Excellent English level. Other language is a plus.
• Capable to translating marketing brief to impactful design.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work methodically and meet deadlines.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• Skincare or healthcare previous experience is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design.
• 24 years of experience in graphic design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suit Software (Photoshop, illustrator and After affect (animations))
• InDesign
• Premiere pro (video editing)
