Qualifications YouWill Need

• Requires an MD or DO degree from anaccredited University.
• Board-certified orboard- eligible Otolaryngologist
• Prefercandidates with fellowship training in rhinology and skull basesurgery.
• State medical license and DEAcertification in good standing.
