Responsibilities

  • To manage day to day operations of the accounts department
  • To manage accounts payable (bill payments, Bank Reconciliation, petty cash etc.) and receivable through cash / cheque / voucher in a timely manner
  • Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending
  • To maintain and reconcile cash / financial accounts
  • To maintain spreadsheets for monitoring and analyzing accounting data and prepare financial reports
  • Preparing and posting journals
  • Logging daily entries in accordance with accounting policy

skills
Minimum Experience Required: 2-3 Years

  • Bachelor's/Masters in commerce or equivalent
  • Excellent organization and administrative skills with attention to detail
  • Experience with general ledger functions and the monthend/yearend close process
  • Thorough working knowledge of MS Office and Tally

Salary:
AED3, AED4,000.00 per month
