Position Overview:


As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of Tradeling through data-driven digital marketing strategies.

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and optimize all aspects of performance marketing campaigns across various online and offline channels.

Your expertise in leveraging quantitative methods to drive insights that maximize ROI, drive customer acquisition, and enhance brand visibility will play a central role in delivering our strategy.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies, encompassing Google SEM, paid social, display advertising, and other relevant channels such as lead generation.
  • Plan and manage advertising budgets, allocating resources effectively to achieve campaign goals.
  • Utilize GA4 datadriven insights to continually optimize campaigns, improving key performance metrics such as conversion rates, clickthrough rates, and customer acquisition costs.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with creative teams to develop impactful ad creatives, landing pages, and other assets that resonate with target audiences.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.
  • Implement A/B testing and experimentation to refine strategies and discover new insights.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using relevant analytics tools, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure our performance marketing efforts remain innovative and effective.
  • Work closely with CRM, and understand workflows to enhance communications.

Requirements (Hard Skills):


  • Bachelor's degree or degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus from a world leading university
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns, preferably in a B2B or ecommerce environment.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms such as GA4, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems is a plus.

Requirements (Soft Skills):


  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to enhance campaign performance.
  • Great communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
