AstroLabs is looking for an outstanding Tech Project Manager to lead our IT (Information Technology) team based in our Dubai office.

The Tech Project Manager will play a meaningful role in developing IT strategy, driving operational excellence and improving the potential of AstroLabs systems, services and teams.

• Develop a clear vision and roadmap for enabling business growth through tech for AstroLabs as a whole and for different business units
• Work closely with business leaders to map out excellent customer journeys
• Own the planning, execution and rollout of tech programs both customerfacing and internal
• Identify and propose bestinclass information technology strategies and infrastructure including a plan for future solutions and how those solutions tie into our existing infrastructure
• Catalogue all existing systems, document opportunities for optimization, consolidation, and present recommendations for simplification and streamlining
• Lead business system procurement policies and processes from a technical perspective
• Consult seniorlevel stakeholders across the organisation to identify business and technology needs and optimise the use of information technology
• Lead the technology team ensuring execution to the highest standard
• Develop and maintain relationships with external IT vendors and services providers
• Define, measure, and report appropriate operational metrics
• Establish and manage information security policies, procedures, and standards
• Establish and drive business continuity and disaster recovery plans
• Ensure information security risks are identified and managed
• Managing specific projects and working closely with software developers to build an integrated CRM and project management system for companies expanding into the MENA region.
• Developing a community portal for our Dubai and KSA communities that allows for information sharing, interactions and requests.

• You are able to solve complex business problems with the right tech solutions
• You are comfortable with a complex tech stack and mix of systems (Google Cloud, microservices, payment integrations, CMS's and custom systems).
• Well rounded experience in DevOps, Fullstack Development & Project Management
• Experience building an IT strategy
• Experience in rapidly scaling output of the IT team
• Proven ability to motivate and lead technical teams
• You have strong interpersonal skills and are an outstanding communicator both verbally and in writing
• You have exceptional listening skills with the ability to influence and add value
• You are passionate about building and coaching people
