Our innovative startup is revolutionizing the way people shop by combining the physical and digital shopping experience.

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager to join our team and help us establish our brand, drive visibility, and increase our credibility in the market.

The Marketing Manager will report directly to the CEO and will have the flexibility to work remotely.


Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that will position our startup as a leader in the immersive shopping experience.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive brand awareness and generate demand for our product.
• Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring the most effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
• Create compelling content for various marketing channels, such as blogs, press releases, and case studies.
• Manage relationships with media and industry influencers, identifying opportunities for guest posts, interviews, and other publicity.
• Conduct market research and stay uptodate with industry trends to ensure our marketing strategies are effective and relevant.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance, using datadriven insights to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• 35 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a startup or fastpaced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.

• Knowledge about
  NFTs, Web3, or Metaverse is required

• Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Experience in managing budgets, analyzing data, and reporting on campaign performance.
• Understanding of
  digital marketing best practices

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent project management skills.
• Experience working with a fashion brand or fashion retailer is a big plus.
• A background in fashion is also highly preferred.
