- Support in preparation of data in HR-related metrics
- Gather and analyze relevant information for HR related studies upon requirement.
- Support in regular company survey, feedback consolidation, and analysis.
- Liaise with employee engagement programs.
- Assist in Performance Management consolidation, report preparation, testing, and implementation.
- Maintain and update HR records in coordination with retail and head of departments related to the approved manpower budget.
- Provide support for priority projects with administrative activity.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- A minimum of 3 years of related working experience in Human Resources
- Excellent oral, written, and inter-personal communications skills, adept at dealing with and engaging people at all levels.
- Skilled at establishing and cultivating strong relationships with peers; across different levels of the organization and externally.
